Yes Ethan and Theresa do stay together in the future, although you didnt say where you were from, in Australia, they are just getting together, but in the future (America) they get married, then they are off each other, then they get married again, and Theresa falls pregnant with Julian or Ethans child, however we do not know who's it is yet. Theresa tell Ethan, that she doesnt need him anymore, and leaves him, and eventually they get back together, although ethan could turn to gwen, But thats a rumour about gwen and Ethan getting back together again.
